Flat Stiletto Slippers Crochet Pattern

How to Read this Pattern:
1. When a number is before the command, such as 3hdc, you will work in the SAME stitch.
2. When a number is AFTER the command, such as hdc3, you will work that command in the number of FOLLOWING stitches.
3. The number in parenthesis () at the end of the round is the TOTAL number of stitches for that round.

Materials: Hook: G/6-4.0mm (or hook that obtains gauge)
Yarn: Vanna’s Choice Color used: Twilight
Yarn Needle
Sewing needle and Thread Large Button

Legend: Chain (ch) Stitch (st) Skip (sk) Slip Stitch (sl st) Single Crochet (sc) Half Double Crochet (hdc)

Gauge: 16 sts x 16 rows = 4” square in sc

1.The Slippers are worked in rows, and then is joined and finished by sewing the back together and joining the top in a point.
2.You will add the button just as finishing touch. It is not binding or holding in any manner.

Measurement: Adult sizes 5-10.



To begin: Small: Size 5-6 (approximate 8 inches long plus toe point) Ch23. Row 1: Turn, hdc in second chain from hook (22 sts). Row 2: Turn, ch2, hdc in first stitch from hook and in each across (22 sts). Rows 3- 23: Turn, ch2, hdc in first stitch from hook and in each across (22 sts). Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Medium: Size 7-8 (approximate 9 inches long plus toe point) Ch23. Row 1: Turn, hdc in second chain from hook (22 sts). Row 2: Turn, ch2, hdc in first stitch from hook and in each across (22 sts). Rows 3- 25: Turn, ch2, hdc in first stitch from hook and in each across (22 sts). Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Large: Size 9-10 (approximate 10 inches long plus toe point) Ch25. Row 1: Turn, hdc in second chain from hook (24 sts). Row 2: Turn, ch2, hdc in first stitch from hook and in each across (24 sts). Rows 3- 27: Turn, ch2, hdc in first stitch from hook and in each across (24 sts). Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Lay panel with short sides on top and bottom, pull the corners from bottom end together. Using the yarn needle, sew end together. This will be the heel. Next, locate the top middle. Fold the top with the point in the middle. Using the yarn needle, sew both of the edges down on top and underneath to secure. Make sure you fold opposite ways to notate right and left shoe.


To finish, sew the large button top corner of sewn down flap.
