Chic Cuff Bracelet Free Crochet Pattern




Have you ever needed the perfect accessory but you didn't have it? Well now you can make your own! With this pattern you can create this bracelet in a variety of colors to go with any outfit. The pattern is easy and the detail is in the button...or add a charm to personalize! This also makes for great gifts....so get busy crocheting this cute bracelet!

Materials:
Hook: H-5.0mm

Sugar’n Cream Cotton 
Medium Weight (weight 4)
1 Skein brown & black
Sewing thread and needle
4 extra small buttons (optional)
2 medium buttons

Legend:
Chain (ch)
Stitch (st)
Skip (sk)
Slip Stitch (sl st)
Single Crochet (dc)
Double Crochet (dc)

Gauge:
Not applicable

Notes:
1. The cuff is worked in short rows.
2. The buttons on the cuff band are optional, you can add a charm or whatever you would like to accessorize with.

To begin:
Ch7.
Row 1: Turn, sc in first chain and across (6 sts).
Row 2: Turn, ch 1, sc in first stitch, ch 4, skip
4 stitches, sc in last stitch (6 sts).
Rows 3-22: Repeat Row 2.
*NOTE: You can make it shorter/longer you
can decrease/increase rows.
Row 23: Ch 3 (counts as your first dc), dc 4
in the ch 4 space, dc in last stitch (6 sts).
Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Using sewing needle and thread, sew the 2
medium buttons onto the first row.
The buttons will slip through the dc stitches
to fasten.

Band Detail: 

Join yarn on the inside second stitch of last
row, ch 24, weave in and out of 2 rows at a
time, sl st to the inside of row 1.
Repeat again using the fifth stitch of the
row, weaving opposite of the first.

Cuff Decorative Band: 

With second color, ch 8.
Row 1: Turn, sc in first chain and across (7 sts).
Row 2-3: Turn, ch1, sc in each stitch (7 sts).
Fasten off. Weave in ends.

Lay the band on top of the cuff, and use
sewing needle and thread to sew the extra
small buttons onto the band, which will
secure the band to the cuff (optional).
