Patch Backpack Red Heart Free Crochet Pattern

Crochet this fashion-right backpack and then personalize it with purchased patches and trims that speak to you (so to speak).I know you'll love crocheting AND using this backpack! Get your copy here on Red HeartI used Red Heart Comfort yarn and it only took one skein (with plenty left over!). I also enjoyed picking out an assortment of patches--but used fabric glue to attach them.
The bottom flap actually has a pocket behind it--so it's not just for looks! And I designed it with durability in mind with single crochet and half double crochet stitches. Made from the base up, with flaps, drawstring, pockets and straps added, you'll have a blast making this pattern!
It measures 14 inches tall, 11 inches wide and 9 inches deep....so it's a very useful (and cute!) backpack! The straps can be adjusted if you don't want them to be as long-- just shorten the beginning chain-- easy!

If you want to get your copy of this pattern, check it out HERE on Red Heart's website. I enjoyed designing this pattern exclusively for Red Heart.
